innius nominated for MKB (SME in English) Innovation Top 100
innius, a platform developed for collaboration between manufacturers, machines and machine suppliers, has been nominated for the SME Innovation Top 100.
The SME Innovation Top 100 is the largest and most important prize for innovative SME companies and is an initiative of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Nominations are assessed on impact on the industry and society, originality, availability (realized turnover) and the degree of protection.
John Rijksen, VP R&D at innius: ‘As a Dutch supplier, we are unique in the market and we are proud that this is also recognized by organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce. We use the latest developments in the field of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and see that our target group has a great need for insight into machine performance, machine use and machine condition.
innius was developed for companies that make, use and maintain equipment and machines and helps control the productivity and performance of these industrial machines. The innius platform provides many benefits, such as insight into the use and operation of the machines, predicting when customers need to perform maintenance on machines and how this maintenance should be done, optimization and predictability of spare parts and machine data with management KPIs, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), MTBF and MTTR. This information is visible in real-time on a mobile and web app.
Rijksen: ‘We obviously hope for the highest possible position within the SME Innovation Top 100, but the nomination itself is once again confirmation for us that we have chosen the right strategy and is also great recognition for our team. We look forward to the announcement!’
There is deliberately no prize attached to the SME Innovation Top 100. The strength of the initiative is to show what SMEs are capable of. The 100 companies and their innovations are announced annually.
