Insight during production

Batches are monitored through the innius dashboard as they move through the production process. This provides direct insight into current production and the use of available capacity.

The information helps Kamphuis Mengvoeders identify bottlenecks and make better use of the production line’s capacity. innius has therefore become part of the information used to manage daily production.

From insight to improvement

innius data is also used by external process improvement advisors to analyse production processes and initiate improvements.

Combining production and process data makes it possible to identify where improvements can be made. At Kamphuis, this has amongst other things contributed to savings in energy consumption.

In addition to dashboards, innius provides tools for OEE analysis, batch reporting and analysing energy and other process data.

Data that helps drive improvement

At Kamphuis, production data is therefore more than something to analyse afterwards. By making production visible as it happens, innius helps improve capacity utilisation, identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
